Aangan is a retreat for women who are always holding it together for everyone else — a few days to slow down, put the mask down, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Rooted in community, empathy, care, and personhood.
Nothing to fix, nothing to prove. Just women being together.
Made for play, laughter, eat, rest and simply being.
Come as you are. Be human, together.

We've hosted two Aangan retreats so far, in Tehri; small circles of women who showed up as strangers and left holding onto something real. We meet twice a year now. A summer Aangan when the sun's out, and a winter one when the season asks us to slow down even more, each with its own quiet magic. So far, it's been a space for therapists but we're now opening Aangan to women more broadly. We'd love to have you there. Drop your details below to show your interest, and we'll reach out as soon as the next dates are locked in.

Who is this for?

Aangan is for women in their 20s and 30s looking for space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect, with themselves, and with each other.

No performing, no proving, no holding it together. Just room to rest, play, and be met as you are.

This retreat may be a good fit if you:

  • Are looking to slow down and step outside the pace of everyday life
  • Want to take up space without guilt or apology
  • Value deep, honest connection over small talk
  • Are curious about community as a form of care — not just company
  • Believe friendship can be as steadying as any other kind of love

"Deep, abiding friendships are the place where many women know lasting love."
