We believe community is a form of care. Our groups and spaces bring people together around honest conversation, shared experiences, and the things we don’t often get to talk about. A place to pause, be heard, and feel genuinely connected.
Our Spaces
At Unmasking Collective, co-creating community spaces is at the heart of what we do. Our events, support groups and meet-ups are designed to nurture third spaces, places outside of work and home where we can gather for reflection, connection, play, and creativity, as we make space for our mental and emotional well-being.
For us, community is not an add-on or afterthought: it is core infrastructure. It shapes how we show up, how we support one another, and how care becomes something we practice together.
Offline Spaces
Gather, Pause & Connect.
In-person community gatherings, mental health events, workshops, and sharing circles rooted in creativity, art, and real human connection.
Online Spaces
Connection beyond georaphy.
Distance doesn't mean disconnection. Our online spaces hold space for reflection, honest conversations, collective care, and community no matter where you are.
Therapist Spaces
Spaces for those holding spaces
Therapy can be an isolating field. Our Peer Supervision Circles and therapist mixers offer a dedicated space of warmth, peer support, and understanding - to unmask together.

Feedback from support group
"I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time I've ever attended a support circle. And it was actually a great experience because I got to know that a lot of people have similar thoughts. I felt heard and I felt seen"
Feedback from support group
"I felt heard, I felt really appreciated when I shared. And this was the first time I expressed all of this and it felt so comfortable"
Feedback from support group
"The questions for reflection genuinely represented my thoughts and questions around self doubt 2. The number of attendees also gave me enough space to both speak and listen"
