CONNECTING IN REAL SPACES
Offline Spaces
Our offline support circles bring people together in real spaces. They are moments to pause, connect, and build community beyond the screen – held with warmth, laughter, and shared reflections. Each circle is a supportive space where stories, struggles, and hopes can be unmasked together.

EVENTS
Creating Communities Of Support
At Unmasking Collective, we regularly host support groups on a wide range of topics related to grief, mental health, and lived experiences. We believe that support groups are a vital complement to individual therapy, offering a space to share experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and build meaningful connections.
We have held events and support groups on topics such as:
UC DIY : A creative offline circle where we painted tote bags and let art lead the conversation.
Therapist Off Duty : An in-person gathering for therapists to unwind and connect.
Early Career Therapists : A supportive space for therapists starting their professional journeys.
-
Shades of Loneliness in Your Early 20s: A circle to explore the complexities of solitude and belonging in early adulthood.
-
Let’s Make a Vision Board: A hands-on circle to dream, visualize, and create tangible maps of aspiration.
-
Held and Holding: A storytelling gathering for therapists to unmask, share, and reflect.
Community
There is something irreplaceable about being together in person. Our offline events are rooted in creativity, art, bonding, storytelling and more – offering space to pause from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves and one another. Whether it’s through workshops, circles, or playful community gatherings, these spaces invite us to share, create, and be human together.
