Couples Therapy

Every relationship moves through seasons — closeness, conflict, change, growth. Couples counselling offers a dedicated space to step out of reactive cycles and turn toward each other with intention and care.

At Unmasking Collective, we see couples work collaboratively and compassionately. We don’t take sides — we work with the relationship itself. Together, we explore communication patterns, emotional needs, attachment histories, and the social contexts that shape how you both show up with each other.

Our therapists are queer-affirmative, neurodivergence-affirmative, trauma-informed, and inclusive of diverse relationship structures. We prioritise emotional safety and the therapeutic relationship as a steady container for honest, difficult, and meaningful conversations.

We currently offer couples counselling online for partners across India and globally.
