Our Community
We believe in fostering connection and understanding through communities built on lived experiences and mutual support. Our support groups aim to co-create spaces for sharing, connection, empathy, and shared knowledge.

At Unmasking Collective, co-creating community spaces is at the heart of what we do. Our events, support groups and meet-ups are designed to nurture third spaces, places outside of work and home where we can gather for reflection, connection, play, and creativity, as we make space for our mental and emotional well-being.
Our Spaces
No matter where you are or what you need, our circles offer a way to connect, share, and be held. Explore the space that feels right for you:

Therapist Spaces
There is something irreplaceable about being together in person. Our offline events are rooted in creativity, art, bonding, storytelling and more – offering space to pause from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves and one another. Whether it’s through workshops, circles, or playful community gatherings, these spaces invite us to share, create, and be human together.
Distance doesn’t have to mean disconnection. Through our online spaces and events, we create bridges across geographies and borders. These virtual spaces hold the same spirit of reflection, creativity, and fun, inviting conversations, collective care, and reminders that community is possible even through a screen.
We recognize the isolation and loneliness that therapists can experience while holding client stories. That’s why we host dedicated spaces for therapists: places of warmth, peer support, and understanding, to unmask and reconnect with themselves.
Our Peer Supervision Circles offer room to reflect on client work and professional development with care and collaboration. Alongside them, our Afterhours Circle is a raw, real, and fun environment where therapists can connect with their humanness, and explore the conversations we don’t often get to have.
