Assessments
Our neurodiversity assessments are collaborative and neuro-affirming, centring lived experience as much as clinical frameworks. Our clinical psychologists work alongside you to understand your neurodivergence with care, context, and respect — not to “fix,” but to make sense.
What we offer
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD might explain some of your experiences — difficulty starting tasks, inconsistent focus, mental fatigue, or feeling out of sync with systems that expect constant productivity — this assessment offers a thoughtful place to explore that question.
At Unmasking Collective, the ADHD Adult Assessment is designed as more than a diagnostic process. It’s a collaborative exploration of how your brain works, with space for nuance, context, and self-understanding.
A diagnosis may be part of the outcome — but it’s never the whole story.
What makes this assessment different?
This process is:
- Neurodiversity-affirming, not deficit-focused
- Grounded in both clinical rigour and lived experience
- Curious about strengths, coping, and context — not just symptoms
- Focused on insight and next steps, not just a label
Instead of just asking “What’s wrong?”, we explore:
What has your experience been — and what actually supports you?
What you’ll walk away with
Over the course of 3 sessions, you will have:
- Clarity about attention, focus, and executive functioning patterns
- A deeper understanding of how your environment and energy interact with your brain
- Language to describe your experiences without self-blame
- Practical recommendations and resources tailored to you
- A diagnosis only if clinically appropriate, explained with care and context
