Sanya Bagga (she/her)
MSc Global Mental Health,
King’s College London
Sanya is a trauma focused, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) practitioner, trained in Transactional Analysis 101 (ITAA Certified). She draws from relational, person-centred, psychodynamic work grounded in observation, curiosity, and compassion. As someone with lived experience of OCD and her own journey with mental health, Sanya brings a deep sense of empathy and authenticity into her work. She believes that everyone has the capacity to navigate life in their own time and in their own way. Sanya emphasises practical strategies to better understand oneself while recognising that each person’s story is deeply unique.
Her role is not to direct but to walk alongside you as a collaborative facilitator, supporting you in exploring your emotional world, reconnecting with yourself, and expressing what matters to you. At the heart of her work is a belief in unmasking different parts of ourselves with gentleness, courage, and a whole lot of curiosity. She holds space for the unique social and cultural contexts that shape who we are, always honouring your pace and what feels meaningful to you.
Sanjana Sarin (she/her)
MA Applied Psychology, specialization in
clinical psychology, University of Delhi
Sanjana’s work is rooted in a queer-affirmative, social justice-oriented, and non-pathologising approach to mental health. Sanjana sees therapy as a deeply personal and collaborative space: one that is reflective, playful, political, relational and grounded in care. Her approach is shaped by ideas from Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong focus on your lived experiences, relationships, emotions, and the larger systems that affect our lives.
Her practice pays attention to how the past has shaped us, while also holding space for the futures we hope for. She brings presence, curiosity, and compassion into the room, walking alongside clients as they make meaning, sit with uncertainty, and explore new possibilities at their own pace.
Nicole Menezes (she/her)
MA in Clinical Psychology,
Mumbai University
Nicole holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and approaches her work with a non-pathologizing, compassionate lens. Nicole works integratively, adapting her approach to the concerns clients bring into the space. Her practice draws from modalities such as Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt, among others. She is committed to ongoing learning and is under regular supervision, continuously engaging in training and courses to deepen her practice.
With over two years of experience and lived experience as a neurodivergent person, Nicole sees therapy as a space to meet the many versions of ourselves — a space where each part is welcomed just as it is. She believes in the inherent worth of every individual, beyond social norms or conditions, and strives to create a space that honours that.
Afriti Moses (she/her)
M.Sc in Clinical Psychology
CHRIST (Deemed to be University)
Afriti’s work is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. She follows a person-centred, non-pathologizing approach that honours each individual’s identities, lived experiences, and emotional landscape. Drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT,) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT practices, she supports young adults navigating concerns related to self, trauma, adjustment, relationship distress, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional overwhelm. She believes we are shaped by our inner stories and the roles our external world has taught us to carry, and she brings this awareness into her work with clients.
In her therapeutic space, clients are invited to slow down, notice, and make sense of their inner worlds at a pace that feels collaborative, safe, and supportive. Her practice is reflective and relational, a space shaped by curiosity, where every part of your being is welcome.
Isha Nagpal (she/her)
M.Sc in Applied Clinical,
University of Bath
Isha is an Associate Clinical Psychologist (RCI registered) who sees therapy as a space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. She does not view it merely as a path to “become happier,” but as a process of coming closer to oneself. She sees therapy as a space created between two people that fully belongs to the client — a safe environment where self-understanding can unfold, and where deeper awareness naturally leads to change.
She believes that healing occurs through the relationship between therapist and client, built on the safety. Her style is collaborative and exploratory, aiming for clients to leave sessions feeling more empowered and in touch with their own agency.
Her approach is rooted in person-centered therapy while also drawing on CBT tools and the broader framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She values psychological flexibility — the ability to hold space for thoughts and emotions while still moving toward what matters most. In therapy, Isha supports individuals in creating their own goals and making mindful, values-based changes at a pace that feels right for them.
She is trained in assessments but recognizes that people’s experiences cannot always be fully captured through diagnostic categories or labels. Instead, she focuses on understanding each person’s unique context and needs.
